The Footprints Hospice formerly Soweto Retired Professionals Society (SRPS) was founded in 1986 by retired nurses from Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital, initially as a post-retirement social contact platform.

Our mission

To promote quality life, dignity in life and in death and provide support to people suffering from life threatening illness, their families and community at large.
